OMG. Why would anyone rape a puppy?

A 62-year-old Florida man,  James Guy Bull has been sentenced to five years in prison for fondling and raping his 8-month-old pit bull puppy named Coco, USA Today reports.

In March, two of Bull’s neighbours told authorities that they had seen him fondling Coco’s private parts on numerous occasions. Another neighbour said that as he was walking past Bull’s apartment one day, he caught him raping the dog.

Police authorities visited his residence where they found evidence that he had indeed raped Coco. It was also discovered that the accused had been starving the dog and depriving her of shelter.

Bull pleaded guilty to “two counts of felony cruelty to animals, misdemeanor animal cruelty charges and misdemeanor sexual activities involving animals.”

Coco has since been taken to an animal rescue group, who have renamed her “Rose.”

Robbers Shoot Pastor’s Mouth for Begging them not to Rape Daughter (Photo)

The heartlessness of some armed robbers who not only steal from their victims, but also kill or maim them, was manifested recently when a gang of armed robbers attacked a pastor of  pentecostal church in Abeokuta, Ogun State and shot him in the mouth for daring to plead that his daughter should not be raped.sodiq-and-tundeAccording to information gathered by Crime Reports, the gang members, including Sodiq Asimiyu (21) a.k.a. Nokia, Lekan a.k.a Goddey, Ayo a.k.a. AY, Seun Ojo a.k.a. Sepe, Kassim and Sunday, among others, assembled at a hemp joint at Ojupa area, Oke-Bode, Abeokuta, on May 31, 2014, from where they took off to a robbery operation, using two Bajaj motorcycles. They succeeded in their moves when they came across a man driving his Nissan X-terra Sport Utility Vehicle, whom they dispossessed of his vehicle in front of State Hospital, Ijaye, Abeokuta. Unsatisfied with the previous day’s loot, the gang took off again with the X-Terra vehicle at about 5a.m. on Sunday, June 1 and moved to Elite area, Idi-Aba, Abeokuta, where they blocked a car driven by a Reverend at about 5.50a.m. while on his way to church with his wife and daughter. A police source further informed Crime Reports that the man was dispossessed of N150,000, a Samsung Galaxy tablet and HTC phone belonging to his daughter, among other items. Not satisfied, one of the armed robbers who eyed the cleric’s daughter with lust, ordered her to move away from her parents into the church, with the intention to sexually abuse her. On sensing this, the Reverend was said to have pleaded with them to spare his daughter since he had surrendered all they wanted to them. In a fit of anger over the pleading, one of the gang members pulled the trigger of the gang’s gun and shot the man in the mouth. Not yet done, another member went to their operational vehicle, brought out a bottle of beer, opened it and poured the content on the man of God where he fell. They left afterwards. Nemesis however caught up with Sodiq when he was arrested on September 11, 2014 when he reportedly came back to Abeokuta for another operation. He was caught with a cut-to-size single barrel gun put in a bag. Also arrested was one Tunde Egunjobi in whose house Sodiq was nabbed. Egunjobi was said to be the one releasing his motorcycle for robbery operation and had confessed to the police that he knew the gang members as armed robbers. Both are currently undergoing investigations at the Anti- Robbery section of the State Criminal Investigation Department, Eleweran, in Ogun State Police Command. Below are the excerpts of interview with the two suspects: Sodiq Asimiyu This is the first I would be going for robbery with the gang. I started with the gang six months ago. Ayo a.k.a. AY introduced me to robbery. I met AY at Saidi’s hemp joint where I used to smoke marijuana. He asked me to follow him somewhere but I didn’t know we were going for robbery. We went to Suraju a.k.a. Dajunja’s house at Oke-Bodea area of Abeokuta, from where the gang took off for robbery operation. I did not follow them that night but I knew they were going for robbery. Early the following morning, we entered the vehicle and started moving round the town looking for a victim to rob. Suddenly, I saw that AY who drove the vehicle blocked a vehicle by the side. We ordered the driver, his wife and daughter to lie down and dispossessed them of their belongings. Kassim shot the Reverend and Goddey opened a beer bottle and poured its content on him. I was given N40,000 out of the N150,000 collected from our victim. I returned to Lagos after the operation to continue my meat selling business. I came back to Abeokuta recently and was given a gun by one Mojeed who is a cultist. He told me that there was clash between him and other cult members over the presidency of the Eiye cult to which he belongs. He asked me to join him on a revenge mission. He put the gun in a bag which he gave me. I was also initiated into Eiye cult about four months ago. What happened was that anytime I had nothing to do, I would borrow Tunde’s motorcycle and one guy called School Boy and I would use it to snatch bags and dispossess people of their belongings. I used to give Tunde returns. I have been smoking marijuana for a very long time. I cannot remember the exact number of years but it is not less than five years. Tunde Egunjobi I knew Sodiq and School Boy also at hemp joint where I used to smoke marijuana. I knew that they were robbers but I didn’t report them because we live within the same community. Sodiq was arrested in my house. When contacted, the Ogun State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Ikemefuna Okoye, confirmed the story, saying that the two suspects would be charged to court after the completion of investigations.Nigerian Tribune..

How Nigerian Police, Military Torture And Kill Civilians

Torture has become a part of the police system in Nigeria and it is alarming how the authorities who are supposed to protect its citizens subject them to all kinds of torture.

A report published today, September 18, titled, “Welcome to hell fire: Torture and other ill-treatment in Nigeriahas detailed the how the police and the military in Nigeria routinely torture women, men, and children some as young as 12, using a wide range of methods such as beatings, shootings and rape, SaharaReporters reports.

The report which was compiled from hundreds of testimonies and evidence gathered over a period of 10 years by renowned international human rights organisation, Amnesty International also details how civilians are detained and tortured as a means to extort money or force a confession to solve cases which are under investigation.

Some of the torture techniques include nail or tooth extractions, choking, electric shocks and sexual violence.”

It was revealed how most people who are detained are denied access to the outside world, including lawyers, families and courts.

“Torture has become such an integral part of policing in Nigeria that many police stations have an informal ‘Officer in Charge of Torture’ or O/C Torture,” the report said.

Recounting her ordeal, a 24-year-old woman named Abosede said police abuse left her with a permanent injury.

She said: “A policewoman took me to a small room, told me to remove everything I was wearing. She spread my legs wide and fired tear gas into my vagina.

“I was asked to confess that I was an armed robber…I was bleeding…up till now I still feel pain in my womb.”

Amnesty International also reports that the Nigerian military is committing similar human rights violations, detaining thousands in their search for members of the Boko Haram Islamist sect.

Speaking about his experience, a 15-year-old boy from Yobe state identified as Mahmood, , who was arrested by soldiers with around 50 other people, mainly boys between 13 and 19 years old, said, he was detained for 3 weeks. In that 3-week period, the soldiers beat him repeatedly with their gun butts, batons and machetes, pouring melting plastic on his back, making him walk and roll over broken bottles, and forcing him to watch the extra-judicial execution of other detainees. He was eventually released in April 2013.

According to Amnesty International’s Research and Advocacy Director, Netsanet Belay, torture is not a criminal offence in Nigeria, though it is prohibited in the constitution but the country has yet to pass legislation outlawing the violation.

Baley spoke of 12-year-old boy who was arrested, beaten, forced to clean vomit with his bare hands and alcohol was even poured on him.

Torture happens on this scale partly because no one, including in the chain of command, is being held accountable. Nigeria needs a radical change of approach, to suspend all officers against whom there are credible allegations of torture, to thoroughly investigate those allegations and to ensure that suspected torturers are brought to justice.

“When internal investigations within the police or the military do take place, the findings are not made public and the recommendations rarely implemented. Of the hundreds of cases researched by Amnesty International, not one victim of torture or other ill-treatment was compensated or received other reparation from the Nigerian government,” he said.

He therefore called on the Nigerian government to act fast by passing a law which makes torture a criminal offence.

Baley said: “Our message to the Nigerian authorities today is clear, criminalize torture, end incommunicado detention and fully investigate allegations of abuse. That would mark an important first step towards ending this abhorrent practice. It’s high time the Nigerian authorities showed they can be taken seriously on this issue.”

About a month ago, that allegedly shows Nigerian soldiers slitting the throats of insurgents and dumping their bodies in a mass grave.

However, Nigerian Defence spokesman Major-General Chris Olukolade, said the scenes depicted in the video were alien to their operations and doctrines.

‘Our Sons Rape us on a Daily Basis’ – Imo Christian Mothers Cry Out

Christ Mothers in Mgbishii, a rural community in Ohaji/Egbema Local Government Area in Imo state have cried out to the government and the Catholic Archbishop of Owerri Ecclesiatical Province, Dr. Anthony Obinna, over alleged atrocities being committed by their sons and daughters in the area.

unnamed1 Our Sons Rape us on a Daily Basis Imo Christian Mothers Cry Out

According to Vanguard, the women made this appeal during a recent visit to the Catholic Archbishop at the Maria Assumpta Catholic Cathedral in Owerri.

“We are raped and molested by our own children. You cannot come to Mgbuishii and return home safely because of the crime rate” the women said. Continue…

According to the women, they have complained to the state government and other security agents over the high rate of crime being committed by their children but all their complaints have not been answered.

“We are angry because government is not looking at our direction at all. We have been completely abandoned for years. Now we have no good roads, no electricity, no market, nothing is going on in our place. To make things worse, we are now suffering from insecurity” they said

The women decried the lack of police presence within their community. They say their sons have become so wayward that they beat up any police man who tries to intervene during any criminal activity within the community.

“Each time we report cases to the police and they manage to send their men at all, the criminals beat them(policemen) up because they (criminals) parade more sophisticated weapons than what the policemen have. We needed police escort to get here (Maria Assumpta Cathedral) and we will also need them to go back home” they said

The women also said they are thinking of relocating from their villages to safer places in Rivers state. They say even the catholic priest in their community is also threatening to leave their community

“Even the Reverend Father in our place is complaining and threatening to go away. About two weeks ago, some reverend sisters visited our place and were waylaid on the road and robbed. We have a lot of problems and that is why the women have come to complain to the Archbishop, who is our father in the lord” they said

The Archbishop after listening to all their complains prayed for the women.
