Hilarity! Colombian cycling team step out in the worst sports kit ever

BxWi_33IQAEhQO-

Lol. This is too funny. Colombian female cycling team unveiled their new sports kit over the weekend and it looks like they are all on their periods and those are pads. The poor ladies, cycling in the Giro Toscana this week, probably didn't see anything wrong with their red and yellow kit until it was shared over a 50,000 times on Twitter.

The nude-coloured cloth used around the groin area, giving the ladies camel toe, has caused a lot of debate online. "Worst designed garment of clothing in the history of the human race.” someone wrote

"Extraordinary that someone would design it and even more extraordinary that any woman would wear it!! :-)” Another person wrote.

People are also wondering if it's an innocent oversight by an over-enthusiastic designer or done for publicity for the team. Is this sports kit embarrassing? See another pic after the cut..

See How Mario Balotelli slept with a fan and sent her off in a taxi in the Middle of the Night

A smitten Liverpool fan Emma Dalton (pictured left) thought her dreams had come true when the Premier League club’s new signing Mario Balotelli took her to bed. The £16million striker flirted with hairdresser online before inviting her to a party at his luxury rented home.

MAIN-Emma-Dalton-and-Mario-BalotelliThat night Balotelli enjoyed a three-hour marathon romp with Emma, 23 – but it soon become clear that starting a new relationship was the last thing on his mind.download-121

From UK Mirror
What he was after was more of a training session. While they were having sex the £110,000-a-week Italian told her: “This is nice. It helps my football.”

And when the bedroom workout was over he turfed shocked Emma out of his six-bedroom mansion, telling her to take a taxi home in the middle of the night.

The furious single mum told a friend: “I know he has a reputation but I thought he’d changed from the things I’d read. He was charming and as far as I know single so I thought, ‘Why not?’ Now I feel stupid,

“I should never have gone to his house but what’s done is done. He was only interested in one thing from me and then wanted me out of the way.”

To add to her humiliation, 24-year-old Balotelli claims he is now trying to rekindle his on-off romance with former fiancèe Fanny Neguesha, 24, who sparked rumours she is pregnant by him after posting an online picture of what looks like a baby bump.

But the soccer bad boy could be red-carded when Fanny finds out he bedded Emma shortly after his transfer from AC Milan to Liverpool.Emma-Dalton-1
It all started when Emma sent him a message on social media, says her friend.

The pal told the Sunday Mirror: “She only contacted him as a bit of a joke. She didn’t think for a second he would reply. How many messages must he get sent every day? But he did reply and he was quickly sending her messages asking for her to send pictures of herself and her mobile number to arrange to meet up.

“When they were talking on the phone, Emma asked him about Fanny. He told her they’d split up and that he didn’t have any female friends in Liverpool.”

The madcap striker also revealed that his new club had warned him to steer clear of trouble after his transfer, so he was staying out of the city centre.

The friend added: “He said he had to stay out of the Press, not to get into trouble like the last time he was in England. He told her he’d matured a lot since then.”

Within days he invited Emma and a couple of female friends to a private party at the mansion in the upmarket Liverpool suburb of Formby on September 5. He arranged to have them picked up from the nearby train station.

Wayne Rooney Matches Thierry Henry’s All-time Premier League Goals Record

The Manchester United striker has moved into joint third on the list of scorers in the English top flight, but is still 85 behind former Newcastle United star Alan Shearer.

Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney has matched Thierry Henry’s all-time Premier League goals record with his strike against QPR on Sunday.455875_heroa

The England captain collected an Ander Herrera pass before cutting inside from the left and beating Rob Green at his near post to give Louis van Gaal’s side a 3-0 lead before half-time.

Rooney has now scored 175 times in the English top flight, the same as former Arsenal hero Henry.

The 28-year-old reached the landmark in 377 appearances, whereas Henry took 258.

Rooney is now joint third in the all-time scoring charts, and needs just 13 more goals to leapfrog Andy Cole into second.

But he is still 85 behind former Southampton, Blackburn and Newcastle United striker Alan Shearer, who notched 260 times in 441 appearances.

Sturridge Out For Up To Six Matches – Rodgers

sturridgeLiverpool striker Daniel Sturridge will miss up to six matches after injuring himself while on international duty with England, manager Brendan Rodgers revealed.

Sturridge, 25, strained his thigh in a training session last Friday, forcing him to miss England’s 2-0 win over Switzerland in their opening UEFA EURO 2016 qualifier on Monday.

Rodgers told a press conference on Thursday that Sturridge would be out for “up to three weeks”.

He therefore stands to miss three Premier League
games

, including the derby against Everton on 27 September, a League Cup tie against Middlesbrough, and Liverpool’s first two UEFA Champions League group games.

Sturridge sustained the injury 36 hours after playing for 89 minutes in England’s 1-0 friendly win over Norway and Rodgers believes the player should have been given more time to recover.

“We’re obviously disappointed because we feel it was an injury which could have been prevented,” the Liverpool manager told talkSPORT radio station earlier on Thursday.

“I think clubs work differently at times to international teams. It’s more the recovery strategy.

When we look at our players here, we look at them individually in terms of what their needs are.

“Fast players would have a second day recovery, while other players can work on that day.

When you are that type of quick player like Daniel Sturridge, Raheem Sterling and boys like Danny Welbeck, you need to recover them.

He (Sturridge) has worked so hard over pre-season and looked very fit and strong in our last game against Tottenham.”

In Sturridge’s absence, new signing Mario Balotelli is expected to make his home debut in Saturday’s home game with Aston Villa.

Rodgers also revealed that another new signing, midfielder Emre Can, will be sidelined for up to six weeks due to an ankle problem picked up on international duty with Germany U-21s.

Keshi Picks Emenike, Salami To Start Against S.A

Less than eight hours before Nigeria’s Super Eagles take on the Bafana Bafana of South Africa in the qualifiers for the 2015 Nations Cup to be hosted by Morocco, coach Stephen Keshi has named his first eleven for the crucial match.

According to the Eagles’ starting team published by Africanfootball.com moments ago, Emmanuel Emenike and Gbolahan Salami will start for Nigeria against South Africa when the match kicks off inside the 2010 World Cup stadium in Cape Town at 7pm Nigerian time.

It would be recalled that both  Emenike and Gbolahan started from the bench in Nigeria 2-3 lost against Congo in Calabar at the weekend.

Though Gbolahan, who plays for Warri Wolves in the Nigerian league, scored Nigeria’s second goal in the 89th minutes.

[caption id="attachment_1027" align="aligncenter" width="300"]Emmanuel Emenike in action for Nigeria Emmanuel Emenike in action for Nigeria[/caption]

Israel-based Nosa Igiebor, who was also a second-half sub against Congo, will start against Bafana Bafana.

However, Keshi has kept faith with his defence, which struggled against the Red Devils from Congo on Saturday, as skipper Austin Ejide, Elderson, Efe Ambrose, Godfrey Oboabona and Kenneth Omeruo would be the players to man the Eagles’ back line.

In the midfield, the quartet of Ogeny Onazi, Mikel Obi, Nosa Igiebor and Ahmed Musa are expected to hold forth.

Barring no late changes, below is Nigeria’s starting XI vs South Africa:

Austin Ejide (Skipper) – Elderson Echiejile, Efe Ambrose, Kenneth Omeruo, Godfrey Oboabona – Ogeny Onazi, Mikel Obi, Nosa Igiebor, Ahmed Musa – Gbolahan Salami and Emmanuel Emenike.

Nigeria is the defending champions of the African Nations Cup following it triumph in the last edition of the tournament held in South Africa in 2013.

In spite of the Eagles’ defeat against Congo on Saturday, the coach Keshi led side would be full of confidence going into the match against South Africa considering Nigeria has never lost a competitive match against the former Apartheid country.

Out of the nine matches played so far, Nigeria has won seven, draw one and the only match the Super Eagles lost was a friendly match tagged the Nelson Mandela’s Challenge played in Johannesburg.

Do you see Nigeria defeating South Africa tonight?

Transfer Alert:- Manchester United & Liverpool At Alert For Barcelona’s Dani Alves

[caption id="attachment_1018" align="aligncenter" width="610"]Danny Alves Danny Alves[/caption]

Barcelona’s Dani Alves is a transfer target for Manchester United and Liverpool, according to reports.

The Brazil star, aged 31, is out of contract in the summer and does not seem likely to extend his stay at Camp Nou.

New coach Luis Enrique has already strengthened at right-back with the £4.5m signing of Douglas from Sao Paulo and does not seem keen to offer Alves a new deal.

That could lead to United and Liverpool, who will be free to talk to the former Sevilla man from January onwards, attempting to sign him on a free transfer, claims the Daily Express.

Alves would be a natural for the right wing-back slot in Louis van Gaal’s 3-4-1-2 formation at United and arguably an upgrade on the current options of Rafael or Antonio Valencia.

Glen Johnson’s Liverpool future is in doubt, so Alves would provide an experienced alternative to youngsters Javier Manquillo and Jon Flanagan at Anfield.

Paris Saint Germain, Inter Milan, Juventus and Manchester City have also been linked with Alves in media reports.

Give Me Back My 30 Million Naira – Emenike Asks Governor Chime

Super Eagles striker, Emmanuel Emenike has asked Enugu state government to give him back his 30 million Naira (about $ 180,000) he invested in the state to build a sports academy after army men, stopped workers from working on it.

eminike Give Me Back My 30 Million Naira – Emenike Asks Governor Chime

An angry Emenike told AfricanFootball that he acquired the land after the World cup had concluded through the help of a special assistant to the Enugu State Governor Frank Ndubuisi Ugwunweze (a.k.a Ezeumuaga), who forwarded all documents concerning to the land in Emenike’s name.

Emenike revealed that he bought the lands as he visits there regularly during his free time, so he found out about a free plots of land in the state and contacted Governor Sullivan Chime’s aide who further assisted in making the purchase.

Emenike in his own words said: “I worked hard to make my money, I know what I pass through on the pitch before I earn my living and it will be unfair if what am hearing about my land in Enugu State was true.

“I visit Enugu whenever I come to Nigeria, my friends stay there as well as some of my family
members. And I am the kind of person who allows for advise. Even before now, I had a dream to own an academy not only in Nigeria but I believe in the saying that “charity begins at home”.

“About three, four months ago, I acquired 13 plots of land in Enugu State through the special assistant to Governor Sullivan Chime. And during the time of conversation of the land papers he never told me there was any problem on the land. He gave me all the necessary documents in my name after payment.

He went on to reveal that when he asked work to begin in the state, the Chime led government ordered soldiers to stop the labourers.

He said: “I then directed for work to commence immediately, but the state government has directed soldiers to stop anybody from working there.”I don’t want to believe that this is fraud. I am ready to fight it all.

“I am not a politician and I see no reason why my money will be held by the government house.”

“I have called some top government officials in Enugu, but all of them are not trying to be sincere.

They could not help because the order came from the Governor.

“Nobody is trying to be sincere and as a matter of fact, I want my money back. I am very depressed that there is no confidence in investing in my country. I just don’t understand the pranks.

“Right from time, I don’t like going through government for anything. I prefer to do it with my money and I see no reason why my property will be held back by government.”

Emenike also demanded that the Governor gives him back his money, if the project won’t be allowed to continue, as he won’t like to see his hard earned cash dissapear into thin air.

“People go to government to get free land, but I will not do that because there is no sincerity in most of the things we do. And I will not be here and somebody takes my money, it will never happen,” he disclosed.

“I just want to believe that His Excellency Governor Chime was not aware of the purchase of the land, in that case, I will like to have my money back.”

Emenike plays for Turkish club Fenerbahce, and he is Nigeria’s main and mostly lone striker.

Cristiano Ronaldo Fights Jose Mourinho For Creating Troubles

Cristiano Ronaldo Fights Jose Mourinho Cristiano Ronaldo Fights Jose Mourinho For Creating Troubles

All is not well between Cristiano Ronaldo and Jose Mourinho because Cristiano has made it known that the coach was responsible for a lot of bad things in Real Madrid.

Cristiano said that Jose was responsible for creating a ‘bad atmosphere’ at Real Madrid during his troubled reign and the player said ‘He’s no friend of mine’.

Jose had endured an explosive tenure at the La Liga giants for three seasons between 2010-2013 and was forced to leave Madrid last summer after a trophy-less season.

Cristiano ‘There was a bad atmosphere and it was a difficult period in personal terms.

‘There were situations with other players and also with the fans.’

He added: ‘Of all my managers, the only one I have a friendship with is Sir Alex Ferguson. But I’m not in football to have friends. I’m here to win.’

Manchester United sign Di Maria For €75 million

The Red Devils have smashed their transfer record to lure the Argentine to Old Trafford, bringing their summer spend to in excess of €160 million as Louis van Gaal rebuilds

Manchester United have completed the signing of Real Madrid ace Angel Di Maria, who becomes the most expensive signing in Premier League history. The Argentina international, who can play across the frontline and in midfield, moves to Old Trafford in a deal worth €75 million and is now the fifth costliest player ever.

The 26-year-old, who United hope can galvanise a squad that has picked up just a single point from their opening two league matches, has signed a five-year contract worth close to the £300,000-a-week earned by skipper Wayne Rooney.443723_heroaIncluding wages, add-ons, bonuses and signing-on fees, the total cost of the deal could rise to as much as €188m.

Di Maria completed his medical on Tuesday having arrived at Carrington with his entourage late in the morning, while his agent had several hours of sit-down talks with executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward in the afternoon to thrash out the final details of the contract.

The 20-time English champions have been chasing Di Maria for several weeks and were given a free run at the Argentine when Paris Saint-Germain pulled out of the race for his signature.

He has been itching for a move away from the Santiago Bernabeu since the arrivals of James Rodriguez and Toni Kroos shunted him down the Madrid pecking order, and was understood to be very keen on working with Louis van Gaal.

Di Maria played a key role for Los Blancos last season as they lifted the Champions League, while he recorded a division-high 17 assists in La Liga before finishing as a runner-up at the World Cup in Brazil.

The big-money deal takes United’s summer spending to in excess of €160m, meaning they have now spent more than any other club in the world this summer, eclipsing Barcelona’s €150m outlay.

They may not be finished there either, with a shaky and dysfunctional defence likely to be reinforced by the possible arrival of Ajax’s Daley Blind, while Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal remains a long-term target.manchester-united-sign-di-maria-e75-million3 manchester-united-sign-di-maria-e75-million1 manchester-united-sign-di-maria-e75-million2

2014 U-20 Women's World Cup: Germany Win, Beat Falconets

The German team was victorious in the final of the 2014 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup. The German ladies get the trophy for a record-equalling third time from a tough match against Nigeria’s Falconets at Montreal’s Olympic Stadium which lasted for 120 minutes.ZtwEJEAvWyEGdCliVxBZAcPGThe Falconets line up before the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup 2014 final match between Nigeria and Germany at Olympic Stadium on August 24, 2014 in Montreal, Canada. This match was a repeat of 2010 FIFA U-20 Final, and was a real clash of styles and football cultures.

Nigeria showed superior physical shape. The team gained advantage and dominated the first half, creating good chances, but missing them.ZuoUwl5BNjAh46fZguUQOOsEHalimatu Ayinde (R) of Nigeria and Lina Magull (L) of Germany battle for the ball during the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup 2014 final on August 24, 2014 in Montreal, Canada. The biggest disappointment was the top scorer of the tournament Asisat Oshoala. The in-form striker, who had scored four times in the 1/2-final win over Korea DPR, missed at least two golden opportunities in the first half.
In the next 45 minutes the teams continued to exchange blows. Germany played well and also wasted several good chances.

About five minutes remaining in the match the Falconets scored a goal and were about to start celebrations. Unfortunately, the assistant referee’s flag indicated that the goal was scored from an offside. This was not the only disallowed goal during the match.

The match went to 15+15 extra time. The German team did not wait for long, scored the title-winning goal on the 98th minute. There was a fault by Nigeria’s defence. Bremer won the ball, cut back for Lena Pietermann and Sandra Chiichii was forced to take the ball out of the net.KNL8lpUkJzvZjcTSnlYj6OU8Lena Petermann of Germany scores her team’s first goal against goalkeeper Sandra Chiichii of Nigeria during the 2014 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup final in Canada. It would be noted that Chiichii’s counterpart, the German goalkeeper, Meike Kamper, was again named player of the match. The Bundes team has not conceded a single goal during the whole tournament.Ymi5G7nW1TDuypcHamlAJ2T2Nigeria team look dejected after the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup 2014 final match between Nigeria and Germany at Olympic Stadium on August 24, 2014 in Montreal, Canada. The Falconets were unable to respond. Germany defended well and were crowned the champions of the world.
